# Recovant privacy and safe-inquiry notice

The Recovant website collects the business contact information and organization-level context that a visitor voluntarily submits through the inquiry form. Recovant may use that information to respond to the inquiry, evaluate potential fit, and maintain a business relationship.

Do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient names, claim identifiers, medical records, payment card information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data through the public website.

The website may be hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process technical request data and form submissions as part of providing hosting and form services. A production launch should be accompanied by final legal review of this notice, retention practices, and any required processor terms.
